ABR– The "Accredited Buyer Representative" designation is recognized by the National Association of Realtors® achieved through the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council designed to train experienced REALTORS® in specifically representing the real estate consumer, (the Buyer). The ABR designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation, pass a written examination, demonstrates practical experience through completing a minimum number of real estate transactions in which the candidate functioned as a buyer's representative and who maintains membership in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS® and the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council.
